The Process
1. PREPARE
You’ll be sent a Symptom Questionnaire and Intake Form to fill out, then we’ll dive deeper with a 60-minute health history session to review the answers you provided. During this session, we’ll gather information about your symptoms, health timeline, goals, and challenges.
2. PRIORITIZE
You’ll be sent an at-home functional stool test to complete. If additional initial testing was recommended, you’ll complete that during this time too. Using the information from our initial session, we’ll interpret your test results and create your personalized plan that uses diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations to support healing and balance in the body. A private recording will be sent to you reviewing your test interpretation and plan.
3. PERSONALIZE
One month of secure messaging support will be available after receiving your plan so you can ask any questions. You’ll have two virtual 60-minute follow up sessions to use within 4 months from the date you purchased your package. These sessions will ensure that you have clarity about your next steps and can get the necessary support needed to implement initial recommendations with as much ease as possible.
4. PRESERVE
If you’d like to keep working together for ongoing support and coaching, or dive deeper into your health and root causes we’ve identified in our initial testing, private follow up sessions and additional testing is available for purchase.

Please note these are estimated prices assuming you have coverage for nutrition counseling with a licensed dietitian nutritionist on your plan to include at least 8 sessions. Your plan may have unlimited nutrition counseling visits based on medical necessity!
After booking your discovery call you will be sent a form with the questions to ask BCBS to verify your benefits. This form must be completed BEFORE your discovery call.
